We've enhanced user convenience within the Kalla Friends application, offering seamless access to transactions. This includes robust features like the Customer Loyalty Program and Customer Referral Program, alongside curated news and essential information to cater to our users' needs.
The Challenge
Completing this application was very challenging for us, because the concept of the business process for this application was immature in the beginning. We tried to adjust the timeline provided by our clients and assisted users in the readiness to use the application.
