Document Generator
Document Generator is a platform specifically designed to automatically generate documents and manage tender agreements, which is owned by PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga.
The Challenge
Previously, the process of creating tender documents involved a series of time-consuming steps, such as filling out signature forms and document approvals manually. To address this challenge, DOT collaborated with PT Pertamina to design a web-based system to automate document generation. This platform included key features such as document generation, signature placement, electronic signatures, and document approval workflows. These capabilities allowed users to handle various administrative tasks more easily, efficiently, and in a centralized manner within an integrated platform.
